KATIE KILLEBREW

Being diagnosed with both scoliosis and celiac disease, Katie understands the importance of self-love, care and compassion in facilitating health and she is a master at teaching these practices to her classes. Throughout Katie’s life story as a competitive athlete, nutritional coach and yoga instructor, she consistently embodies the qualities of caring, devotion and dedication. With her vast skill set, Katie empowers her students to reach their full potential.

Katie's initial interest in becoming a yoga instructor was ignited by her desire to heal herself and others. Katie has since completed 300 hours RYT certifications in both Bali and the US. She continues to participate in teacher trainings to better her knowledge of this sacred practice. Currently Katie teaches weekly yoga classes, leads workshops and yoga retreats!

Decompression yoga is a method used to support individuals access and activate their healing process and work through any physical and mental blocks! Katie is grateful and excited to offer this healing modality. A lifelong sufferer of Scoliosis, Katie has a deep understanding of pain and utilizing breath work to overcome it. “Power over Pain” helping you move beyond pain and awaken your human potential by strengthening your mind and body.

Summer Rechenmacher

Summer started practicing yoga to mix up her workouts and what followed was a wonderful transformation. She discovered that yoga not only enriched her physical health, but also helped alleviate her anxiety which she had lived with most of her life.  She wanted to share the joy and therapeutic benefits that she experienced with others so she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Certification.  Summer is passionate about the amazing power of the breath to help calm the mind in the most difficult poses as well as life’s challenges. She encourages her students to break out of their comfort zone and realize their full potential both on and off the mat.  Currently Summer teaches weekly yoga classes, leads workshops and yoga retreats.
